Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and health & hygiene items, are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@desicart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship your item back to the provided address.
- Once received, we will process your return and notify you of the refund or exchange status.
